How do I track my order?
Once you receive the confirmation that your order has been placed, you can Track Your Order by entering the order number and email address. From here, you may view the Order Status and detailed tracking information.
Again, please note, when your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Simply click 'Track My Order’ from the shipping email confirmation to view the progress of your shipment(s).
Do you offer a loyalty program?
Definitely! We value all our customers, and if you are a Lilheart member, you will be sent an email to join our Black Star list. Here you will received discounts and exclusive access to new products before they go public.
How long will it take for me to get my order(s) ?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Note: COVID-19 potential delivery delay: our carriers may experience delays in delivery. If this occurs, please contact us directly. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
How do I return an item?
We value our loyal customers and for your convenience, we offer the option to return eligible products within 30 days of purchase. An item is considered 'eligible' with proper documentation to support proof of purchase. Items that are worn or damaged are not eligible for returns.
Certain items, however, are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items and face masks).
To begin the return process, contact us via our 'Let's Chat' or 'Contact Us' page. Once the item(s) being returned have been confirmed, we will then generate your return label for shipping. This process can only be used to return items purchased at Lilheartapparel.com. If you would like to return items purchased through a third party, please return the items to the original place of purchase and they will be happy to assist you.
How can I contact your couriers?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to contact our carriers via the tracking number and email that was sent to you.
Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately, not at this time. As we grow we will penetrate International doors.
